How to Start Your Bulk Production Run

Submit your artwork or work with our numismatic designers to create a custom die. Once approved, your master die is kept in our secure vault for future production runs.

Step 2: Quality Control & Striking

Every round is struck with precision pressure to ensure sharp details and consistent weight. Our quality control team inspects every batch to ensure zero defects before they leave the mint.

Step 3: Insured Delivery or Vault Storage

We ship your bulk order via secure, discreet, and fully insured carriers. For high-volume clients, we also offer secure storage options within our partner vaults.

No. Because each copper coin is custom-made to your approved design, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

No. Once you approve the final design proof and submit your deposit, your order is locked in and sent to production. No changes, edits, or cancellations can be made after this point.

Your coin is individually crafted based on your specific design. Since it is a personalized item, it cannot be resold or reused.

Please carefully review your design proof before approving it. You are responsible for confirming all spelling, dates, numbers, and design details prior to approval.

If your order arrives damaged or does not match the approved design, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and make it right if there is a manufacturing defect or production error.
