Do you accept returns on custom copper coins?
No. Because each copper coin is custom-made to your approved design, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Can I make changes after I approve the design?
No. Once you approve the final design proof and submit your deposit, your order is locked in and sent to production. No changes, edits, or cancellations can be made after this point.
Why can’t I change or cancel my order?
Your coin is individually crafted based on your specific design. Since it is a personalized item, it cannot be resold or reused.
What if I made a mistake in the design?
Please carefully review your design proof before approving it. You are responsible for confirming all spelling, dates, numbers, and design details prior to approval.
What if my coin arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or does not match the approved design, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and make it right if there is a manufacturing defect or production error.
