By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. To maintain our low premiums and competitive wholesale rates, we do not accept:

Once an order is placed, the price is locked and the inventory (or production capacity) is allocated specifically to you.
2. Custom & Pre-Sale Coin Policy
Our custom and pre-sale coins are often produced in limited quantities based on specific order volumes. Because these items are reserved and manufactured specifically for your order:

Production Reserves: All pre-sale purchases are final. We cannot cancel orders once the production cycle has been initiated.

Timeframes: Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided on the product page. While we strive for punctuality, these dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays: Manufacturing schedules and supply chain shifts may occur. Please note that production delays do not qualify an order for a refund or cancellation.

No Modifications: Please verify your design, quantity, and details before checkout. Orders cannot be modified once submitted.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your coin arrives with a legitimate manufacturing defect or sustained damage during transit, we will provide a resolution.

Claim Window: You must contact us within 5 days of the delivery date.

Requirements: Please email your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.

Resolution: At our discretion, approved claims will be resolved through a replacement (subject to inventory availability) or a store credit.
4. Shipping & Responsibility
Accuracy in shipping information is the responsibility of the buyer. Premium Coin Shop is not responsible for:

Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received.

Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
